Request terms

Submitting a request allows us to review your cargo and the feasibility of shipping. It does not mean payment, a confirmed booking, route acceptance or an agreed price. The final timing, cost and terms are determined after expert review and your approval. Cargo type and any dangerous goods must be declared in the form.

Information and attachments

Contact details, addresses, and selected files are saved with your request so it can be reviewed and followed up. By submitting this form, you provide these details for communication about this request. Do not submit unrelated information or unnecessary sensitive documents.

You will receive a request code after submission. Your information is used only to coordinate shipping.

Answers to your questions

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number appears on the receipt after submission. Enter this number and the registered mobile number in shipment tracking to view the status.

Does submitting a request cost anything?

No. We review your cargo and route first. The shipping cost is provided before confirmation, and the order is finalised only after you approve it.

What if my shipment status has not changed?

Check the last update time. If the estimated date has passed, contact support and provide your tracking number.
